Parenting Apart: Effective Co-Parenting

Parenting Apart: Effective Co-Parenting

Effective January 1, 2001 a law was passed that mandates parent education for divorcing parents of minor children. The purpose of the class is to help divorcing parents learn how to work together to reduce the effects children experience when their parents divorce. Parenting ApartEffective Co-Parenting classes are to educate parents about the impact of divorce, separation and conflict on their children and to offer concrete actions that parents can take to help their children.

The classes are taught in one four-hour session every 3rd Friday of every month. We offer in person classes only. Confirm class date by checking our County Events calendar or call our office at 865-397-2969.

Cost of the class is $40.00 per person in advance, $50.00 at the door. You must pre-register for the class.
